Assistant Professor - Tenure Track: Required Items for Offer Approval

  2. Candidate Signed Offer Letter
  3. Comparable Salary Data (only if $150,000.00 or greater)
  4. Proof of Completion of the Terminal Degree (only if appointment is beginning within one year or less of the completion of the terminal degree)
  5. Certification of Oral English Proficiency Form (only if candidate is non-native English speaking. Reference: FPPG 113)
  6. Service Toward the Completion of the Probationary Period Form (only if appointment begins after the 8th week of the Academic Year (8/16/XX). Reference: FPPG 305)
