DESCRIPTION:Faculty success begins with strong departmental support. This workshop equips department chairs and academic leaders with practical strategies to mentor faculty through the promotion & tenure (P&T) process. Participants will learn to identify key leadership responsibilities, recognize common challenges, and explore practical strategies to support faculty in preparing strong dossiers and navigating P& T successfully.    This workshop will be virtual.    Current department heads and chairs will receive an Outlook calendar event with a corresponding Zoom link.
