The Office of Faculty Affairs hosted four separate Promotion and Tenure (P&T) Seminars, each one open to faculty from all parts of campus seeking promotion. These sessions were also open to department heads and chairs, associate deans, mentors, senior faculty serving as paper preparers, and others involved in the P&T process.

This workshop provided underrepresented faculty with an opportunity to discuss specific issues with senior faculty members experienced in the process.
