Engage with UIC HR Professionals and Academic Analytics to discuss successful recruitment and hiring practices. Topics will cover aspects of the hiring process that fall within UIC HR (e.g. the systems and rules JDX, Cornerstone), tenure-system offers, the related issues/approvals required once a candidate has been selected and how to ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
