Recruitment, Hiring and Retention of Faculty
Engage with UIC HR Professionals and the Office of Diversity to discuss successful recruitment, hiring and retention practices. Topics will cover aspects of the hiring process that fall within UIC HR (e.g. the systems and rules JDX, Cornerstone), tenure-system offers, the related issues/approvals required once a candidate has been selected and how to ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
